We
are pleased to have based at Warborne Farm, Kat Enright from Pantry Catering,
in 2006/2007 Kat had been cooking the delicious savoury tarts, soups and
brownies as well as the very popular Fruit and Flakes Granola that we
have had in the shop from her licensed domestic kitchen in Christchurch,
In July of 2007 Kat turned part of the packing shed into a beautifully
tiled production kitchen enabling Kat and her staff to expand on her current
success and produce even more food for the shop.
Everything that Kat produces is made from scratch utilising as much of the produce from the farm as possible, other ingredients are sourced locally
