On the first floor of an ancient hay barn, The Hay Loft has its own private balcony with views across the garden, orchards and beyond. The spacious open-plan living area with vaulted ceilings, a smouldering wood burner and an aged leather sofa puts you instantly at ease in the eaves of this stylish barn conversion. There are rugged farming features and contemporary design stylings, framed by exposed rafters and star-lit skylights plus a large freestanding copper bath for a long soak after a day on the forest or beach.

So close to lymington and the nearby beaches and we loved coming back to see the pigs! The loft had such a cool style and a great relaxed atmosphere on the farm, it was great to pick our own veggies too :) ”
“What a find. Travelled with family, comprising of 4adults, 4 kids and 2 dogs!! Stayed in The Hay Loft which has lovely features including a large copper bath tub. Fab location for NewForest, Peppa Pig World and Isle of Wight, we packed so much into 5 days. We were showed round by the owner, lots of fresh produce that you can collect yourself, eggs, carrots, potatoes, peas, garlic. Children loved meeting the pigs, goats, chickens, lambs. Lovely views of the horses from livery yard. Large grass area to play on. Would recommend.”
